Oak Road Studios Pty Ltd operates this website and shop under the Oak Rd Studios brand.

These terms govern use of oakroadstudios.com.au and purchases made through the shop.

Website Use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content or assets unlawfully.

Products And Orders

Products, prices, variants, and availability may change. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Final item prices, shipping charges, taxes, duties, availability, and the order total are shown at checkout before payment.

Checkout and payment are provided by Shopify and the payment services available there. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it. We may contact a customer if information is needed to fulfil an order or if an item cannot be supplied.

Guest checkout is available without a customer account. Checkout may offer Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to the customer’s device, location, and the payment options available for the order.

Handmade timber items naturally vary in colour, grain, and figure. Product descriptions and photographs should be reviewed before ordering; the item received will share the listed material and design but may not look identical to every photograph.

Shipping And International Charges

Orders are sent from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post and are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. We ship throughout Australia and to selected international destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over AUD $50; other charges are shown at checkout.

Prices include Australian GST where applicable. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other destination-country charges applying to an international order.

Returns And Problems

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Natural variations in timber colour, grain, and figure are not defects where the item otherwise matches its description and design.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly different from its description, or incorrect, contact us as soon as practical with the order number and details. We may request proof of purchase, photographs, or return of the item so we can assess it and provide the remedy required by law. Reasonable return-postage costs will be reimbursed where a returned item is confirmed to have a problem.

Consumer Rights And Support
