Where We Ship
We ship throughout Australia and to selected international destinations. Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Processing And Delivery
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days and are sent with Australia Post. We work to send each order as soon as practical, but delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier.
Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over AUD $50. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout.
International Orders
Prices include Australian GST where applicable. An international order may attract import duties, taxes, or other charges in its destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge.
Natural Variation
Colour, grain, figure, and other natural characteristics vary between pieces of timber. These differences are part of the material and are not defects. Product descriptions and photographs should be reviewed before ordering; the piece received will share the listed material and design but will not look identical to every photograph.
Change Of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changes their mind.
Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly different from its description, or not the item ordered, contact us as soon as practical. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where they help show the problem.
We may ask for proof of purchase and assess the item before providing the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, that may be a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy. If a confirmed problem requires the item to be returned, we will reimburse reasonable return-postage costs; please keep the receipt.
