Website

The website has no newsletter, waitlist, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioural tracking, session recording, or marketing profiles. Cloudflare helps deliver and secure the site and may provide aggregate Web Analytics without analytics cookies or individual visitor profiles.

Hosting and network providers process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested paths, and security signals to deliver and protect the website.

Shop

Product information is retrieved from Shopify when the site is built, and product images load from Shopify's content-delivery network on shop pages. When you use the cart, your browser communicates with Shopify and stores an opaque cart identifier in local storage so the cart can continue between pages and visits.

Checkout takes place through Shopify's hosted checkout. Shopify and relevant payment and delivery providers process the contact, shipping, billing, payment, fraud-prevention, and order information needed to complete the purchase. Oak Rd Studios receives the order and customer details needed for fulfilment, support, required business records, and legal obligations.

Guest checkout does not require an Oak Rd Studios customer account. Customer and order information is kept only for fulfilment, purchase support, required business records, and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer required. You may contact us about access or deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.

Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing. Commerce information is used for the purchase, fulfilment, support, and applicable legal obligations—not to create an advertising profile.
